Besides "The Heat" screening. CinemaCon showed a preview for "Gravity". People seem to like it. I hope they'll release it soon. @filmthrasher CinemaCon was just shown a 60 second teaser for GRAVITY with George Clooney & Sandra Bullock. Are...are we getting that too tonight?@slashfilm Short trailer for Alfanso Cuaron’s Gravity was breathtaking but too short. A great tease, so very excited to see this one #CinemaCon@macguffincast Can’t wait for Gravity, glad to see something new from Alfonso Cuaron - footage was beautiful.Edit: IGN article talking about WB previews. "The studio also presented attendees with the first look at the trailer for Alfonso Cuaron's 3D "Cast Away in space" drama Gravity, starring Sandra Bullock and George Clooney as astronauts imperiled when their space station is hit by an asteroid. Guests were also shown a rough cut of early footage from Prisoners, the upcoming drama starring Hugh Jackman as the father of a missing girl whose quest to find her puts him in conflict with the detective (Jake Gyllenhaal) assigned to the case. Both movies looked emotionally intense, with Gravity showing the desperation of being trapped in a life or death situation without anyone to help you and Prisoners showing the desperation of a man driven to extremes for the people he loves."www.ign.com/articles/2013/04/17/warner-bros-shows-off-man-of-steel-the-hobbit-pacific-rim-and-more-at-cinemacon

It seems like "Gravity" has got great responses from the industry people. I am wondering when the short trailer will debut... maybe with "Man of Steel" in June? Or with "Great Gatsby" in May? Here's some comments from a journalists too. www.firstshowing.net/2013/cinemacon-warner-bros-shows-short-teaser-for-cuarons-gravity/In the immortal words of Neo: whoa. Warner Bros hosted "The Big Picture 2013" preview presentation at CinemaCon tonight in Las Vegas, unveiling the brand new Man of Steel trailer as well as some amazing Pacific Rim footage and fantastic glimpses at a few of their other 2013 movies. One that I've been waiting to see footage from for years is Alfonso Cuarón's Gravity, his next feature following Children of Men. In the middle of their preview, they snuck in a quick 60 second teaser that was breathtaking and stunning to see, though I'm not sure when it will ever end up online. That said, this is still one of my most anticipated sci-fis. Following the Warner Bros presentation at CinemaCon in Las Vegas, Peter Sciretta from SlashFilm and I met for a quick video blog, discussing thoughts on the Gravity footage and Man of Steel trailer (seen here). It's hard to really comment on only 60 seconds of Gravity, because all I wanted is to see more and more. The film involves two astronauts working on a space station, when a meteor shower destroys everything, knocking them floating into space. We got to see a brief glimpse of the space station orbiting above Earth as well as the accident, and some of the shots of Sandra Bullock being knocked away. Breathtaking is truly the best kind of word to use for this footage, but I would even go so far as to compare some of the shots we saw to Kubrick's seminal 2001: A Space Odyssey. Not that it will be that revolutionary (because how much ever is anymore?) but mostly that Cuarón's is at that level of incredible sci-fi cinema in visuals and storytelling. I really wish this footage, or some marketing, some tease, was online and publicly available. This film has the potential be embraced by the sci-fi community in a huge way and I'm a bit surprised Warner Bros hasn't shown anything at all yet. This was the first glimpse of any footage I've seen and it still remains one of the few sci-fi movies coming up that I believe will define the new sci-fi era. It was a brief clip and I don't want to overhype it with the 2001 comparison, but this isn't the first time that comparison has been made, and I believe it may be accurate at least in regards to the cinematic experience. That's it for WB at CinemaCon '13.

Almost all the bits of information we are receiving from this movie lead to a conclussion... a certain actress we love is gonna have her cult movie. BTW. It seems that "The heat" is also getting a warm popular response from the viewers. So, do we asume that after "The heat" and "Gravity" Bullock is gonna star in a turd? :-D

Sandy seems to have chosen her movies very carefully since the Oscars; all four have been different genre plus a documentary. I'd be worried if she's going to produce & star again.

Belelmo: This is exactly what I meant ;-) But you are right, we should be worried if she is the producer. Or if she promotes things like "the funniest script I've ever read" :-D

I don't understand. All About Steve .... a turd??? I thought it was a wonderful movie and her character was so charming. Odd but charming. There were moments where I felt for her.

Well, personal opinion aside, "All About Steve" is generally considered as a flop. Personally, I didn't think AAS was as bad as lots of people said, and I did feel for her too at certain scenes, but I didn't think it's a "wonderful" movie either in my humble opinion. Everyone has different taste. So, if you liked it, so it's great. Like, lots of people (especially in US) hated "Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close," but I really loved it. Anyway, let's hope "Gravity" will be as good as it sounds.

"The first trailer for our most-anticipated film of the year, Alfonso Cuaron's Gravity, is finally on its way. Clocks in at 1 minute and 25 seconds." "It'll likely launch with The Great Gatsby or Star Trek in the next 1-2 weeks. We'll have it as soon as it goes live."Ughhh. The waiting is killing me. But at least we are sure the trailer comes this month.

Probably with The Great Gatsby? Since both are from WB... In that case, it'll be out next Friday.

Probably with The Great Gatsby? Since both are from WB... In that case, it'll be out next Friday. And both are in 3d. Someone on IMDB wrote that tv guide this week says that "Entertainment Tonight" for this Wednesday features Sandy and George Clooney. ELAIC trailer was showed the first time on that show, right?
