This could be interesting if it actually gets made. I'm not sure the chemisty with Brad though. I would rather see Sandy working with Angelina! And does anyone know the meaning OWA? www.tracking-board.com/tb-exclusive-brad-pitt-and-sandra-bullock-to-star-in-war-of-the-roses-style-divorce-comedy/Brad Pitt and Sandra Bullock are attached to star in the UNTITLED WAR OF THE ROSES PROJECT. The currently untitled War of the Roses style divorce comedy follows a couple who host a HSN/QVC show who trudge through their divorce on air. Pitt and Bullock will play the male and female lead, respectively. The project is currently in development, and will be produced by Pitt and Dede Gardner for Plan B Entertainment. Brad Weston and Pam Abby will oversee for New Regency, while Sarah Esberg will oversee production. The A-list comedy is currently OWA. Pitt recently starred in Fury and executive produced the upcoming drama True Story, starring Jonah Hill and James Franco. Up next, he’ll star in By the Sea and The Big Short. He’ll also produce an astounding number of films, including The Lost City of Z and Anonymous vs. Steubenville. Bullock most recently starred in the Oscar-nominated Gravity, opposite George Clooney. The Oscar winner will next lend her voice to the Despicable Me spinoff Minions and will star in the comedy Our Brand Is Crisis. She’s also producing the Christmas comedy Jingle and executive producing the Untitled Pamela Falk/Michael Ellis Project. Bullock is repped by CAA. Pitt is repped by CAA and Brillstein Entertainment Partners.

Ok I don't understand a shit about what it will be about, but if it is with Brad I am totally fine with it!
I don't know what is the meaning of OWA, Bel. Maybe over writing + something else haha
What is HSN/QVC show?
And what does it mean "untitled war of the roses project"? It's going to be a remake of the movie or just going to be similar?
Anyway I hope it comes to fruition, even if I want Sandy to do more dramas haha

I think HSN/QVC show is like a TV/online shopping show...
And I don't think it's going to be a remake. It would be similar in terms of a married couple fighting violently toward the divorce. Well, I thought "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" was kinda similar.
It would be a good choice if she does after "Minions," "Our Brand Is Crisis" and "Tupperware-biopic" I think. I like to see her working with a male star in the same generation and also as big as she is.

Ok I don't understand a shit about what it will be about Same here. Anyway...If this is true, Pitt is someone I've never even considered being in a movie with her. It's an interesting idea. He actually has a nice comic style. But is this a reliable source? Because she's been "producing the Christmas comedy Jingle" for 10 years. I guess this project(Jingle) is pretty much dead.

I don't know if this site is reliable or not, but it was retweeted by a reliable film blogger/critic (Anne Thompson),so I guess it's not completely unreliable. twitter.com/akstanwyck?lang=jaAnd I love your icon,gps13!

Apparently, OWA stands for Open Writing Assignement, which I assume means they are contacting writers to find a suitable one for this comedy: gointothestory.blcklst.com/2012/03/the-business-of-screenwriting-owa.htmlI agree with Bel, can be an interesting one. I just hope they keep the dark tone of "War of the Roses" and dont sweeten or "idiotize" the movie. Playing a role in a subtle, cruelly comic film, would be a good effort for Sandra. And also agree in that she should make a film with someone of her status. I am not sure about Pitt's chemisty with Bullock but it can work. I know baaaaaack in time he was considered for the main role in "A time to kill". It would be funny if Angelina Jolie plays "the other woman" and they name Sandra's character Jennifer. Not to mention that Sandra would feel more related to the role, considering Angelina's tatoos Art imitating life. But I guess we will have to wait for more news and/or confirmations. So, Jorge, stop dreaming lol. Let's remember that Sandra already had a live tv divorce in "Hope floats" --which I havent seen in a long time, need to watch it again, hehe. Also, time ago there were rumors of a movie with Bullock, Streep and Winfrey in a shopping network. I guess it has zero relation with this, but Id love to think that its the same movie with all these stars.
