Thanks for the news!
It's amazing that she is still the highest earning actress! And I hope to remain so for many years!
One thing, I thought that she had earned 70 millions with Gravity, but I guess it wasn't exactly right!

70 millions She earned for "Gravity" but $20 millions She get up front as a paycheck and Gravity was shot over 2 years ago. The same thing wit "The Heat" The paycheck was also almost 2 years ago. So that 50 millions that She earn this year is from profits from those two movies I guess. BTW: You go Sandy! You deserve it!

If I remember correctly, Sandy denied that 70 millions at the Oscar's redcarpet interview by, Billy Bush or somebody like that.
Anyway, that 70 millions included everything from the upfront pay as well as the backend. My guess is that, as snajper said, this 50 millions must be from backend from all of her previous movies, mainly from The Heat and Gravity. Not sure if the upfront payment for "Minions" is included. I think that 70 millions must have been overly estimated. I even doubt she got 20 millions upfront for Gravity. The budget for Gravity was around 100 millions and with that kind of VFX, it's hard to think they could make it with around 70 millions (thinking Clooney probably got a half of Sandy did).
It sounds huge but considering how much time she (or any actor) has to spend in preparation as well as for promotion, it's not that huge I think. And I think 10-30 percent of her income goes to Kevin/CAA.
