Hello, Sandrers (if someone still comes here)! After finishing the remake of "Unforgiven", which will be shown through Netflix in a yet to be informed date, there are rumors about a new movie starring Sandra Bullock. What do we know about the project (which, since it's on early developement, might not happen)? 1-Channing Tatum is Sandra co-star. The supersexy hunk joins after Ryan Reynolds, the first option, was not available. 2-Dana Fox and Oren Uziel are the writers. I have checked their resumes, from what I see they are comedy writers, I have not seen any of their work. 3-Adam and Aaron Nee are directing. No idea about them or their movies. 4-The plot: Sandra Bullock is a romance writer who is in a promotional tour with the model who appears on the cover of her novels. They find themselves trapped in a kidnapping which causes them to travel to the jungle, having adventures as if they were in one of the book Sandra's character writes. I would prefer a more veteran director (Robert Zemeckis seems ideal!) and the writer's previous work does not seem very promising to me, but if they manage to write a sharp, funny script, and maybe get some decent cast, it can become a decent movie. Not awards material but something light before a more meaty work. I guess that after that "Unforgiven" remake, Sandra wanted to work in something less intense.

Wow, let's hope this one gets made. Things seem quite well aligned... A new actor has been added to the cast: none other than Daniel Radcliffe, Harry Potter himself, wil play the villain in "The lost city of D". I know a good cast does not guarantee a good movie, or even that it gets made, but for sure it helps. www.slashfilm.com/lost-city-of-d-cast-daniel-radcliffe/
