As we will have a dry time for a while, let's have fun with some random things you know or found out about Sandy. Sandy made a live TV appearance back in December 2013 during her promotion of "Gravity" in Japan, and she answered very random questions. Question: How do you deal with stress?
Sandy's answer: By sleeping.
Question: How long do you need to sleep?
Sandy's answer: 7 hours. I can live on very little but 7 hours would be nice.

That sounds like a good interview. I love random questions like that... My random thing about her is that she had a lisp when she was younger. I love random questions like that one too, I like personal questions haha
I really can't think of any "random" thing right now, but one thing I liked to know was when she told Ellen how her dogs sleep on her bed and how she explained the whole situation haha
Personal questions make me feel "closer" to her, it's crazy, I know haha but that one, for example, made me feel closer to her because I sleep with my dog the same way haha

I read somewhere that it was Sandra's idea that her character, Linda, was pregnant at the end of the movie (which was a great idea IMO)
Ok, I now remember that I read it on IMDB and it also said: "When Sandra Bullock was restrained and struggling in the hospital scene she really did cut herself by accident. So instead of using a body double for the injection, it really was Bullock who got the Tetanus shot in the scene."
I love to read the "Trivias" of her films on IMDB, it said a lot of random things haha

On the commentary for "Premonition," Sandy complained jokingly that the scene was cut right before the blood went up to the syringe haha. I think she moved too much on the bench at the hospital and the bench leg stuck in her food. Premonition's special features are great too.

^ Haha!! That's funny. I have a job but it's not just DVDs for me it's blu ray and a blu ray player as most of the good features end up only on blu ray.

I invested a lot in order to be able to watch Sandy movies haha. Like, I bought a multi-region dvd player so that I could watch "Infamous" (it's not released in Japan) as well as "Premonition" (it's released but almost 2 years later). Then untimately I bought a blu-ray player as it doesn't have a region problem. So, this one is also from the same TV program "Sukkiri" where she did "answer to question in 99 seconds" quiz. During the quiz, she got a lot of laughs in the studio even through a translator. Q: What would you have been if not an actor?Sandy: Either a hairdresser or an architect.I expected her to say an architect, but hairdresser was a bit of surprise. Maybe she just thought of that. Blu-ray doesn't have a region, but if you watch it via TV system, there may be NTSC or PAL problem I think. US and Japan have the same NTSC, so my blu-ray player and my TV can play blu-ray's US version. I think most of European countries have PAL system, and I'm not really sure how it affect as I have never tried a blu-ray of UK version. There are a few more questions and I'll post them soon. I really wish I could upload this interview along with others. I can't transfer them to computer sadly. If I ever solve this problem, I'll share them here. |
