Thank you very much for that. Isn't that show aired every Friday? The date under the clip says Feb 7... That good thing about that show is that we can watch it online.

Thanks for that! Jay Leno is at 11:30 tonight as well! I think I won't be able to watch neither of them, since I won't be at home I hope we can find the videos online!

Thank you so much! It was a good interview! But it hurt when she said she would probably not be able to take most of the opportunities that Gravity will give her I wish that they have talked about the Oscar nominations, we never hear her talk about it in person yet. Well, maybe tonight we do!

Oh thank you so much! You can watch that on their website too. www.charlierose.com/watch/60337669I always like Charlie Rose interview. It's long and nice. And they are generous enough to let everyone see it on their website. This time, it was clearly meant for Sandy with Alfonso supporting her. As for sbfanargentina's "But it hurt when she said she would probably not be able to take most of the opportunities that Gravity will give her" Sandy said that before but I'm glad that she isn't going to give up acting and is going to use that amazing experience in any roles she'll take in the future. Hopefully her next role will come soon enough!

The other day I was reading on Goldderby people saying (on a Gravity thread) that she would be brilliant on a Clint Eastwood, Coens, David O. Russell or Tarantino (with Christoph Waltz as co-lead, since both speak German haha) movie, I got excited just reading! I can't wait, I swear!

I wish she would talk more about the oscar nod too, I don't remember seeing her talk about it, besides that phone interviews on the day they were announced. I think she knows by know she won't win so she is not even campaining anymore, I guess. Idk, I see other celebs like Matt McConaughey everywhere talking about how hard it was to make that movie and stuff like that, I don't think Sandy enjoys that very much tho.

What do you mean "I don't think Sandy enjoys that very much tho"? About campaigning? I guess now that Cate Blanchett is that so far ahead, and lately Sandy's not even considered as the runner-up, so I understand she wouldn't bother campaining for herself, but I think she really hopes Alfonso wins at least, if not the film itself. But she did talk about, not really directly about the Ocar nod, but talked about how hard she worked for Gravity on Jay Leno.

Yeap, I love how she said "I want people to know how hard I worked" hahah so honest and true! I can't wait to watch all the behind the scenes!
And to be honest, I don't know why some people don't consider Sandra as the runner-up anymore.. I mean, what have changed? Absolutely nothing! Someone consider Judi Dench as the runner-up now, why is that? because she gets a little older every day? I don't understand why they would change their minds when nothing has happened! It's not like Judi won something, so... At least those who think that Amy Adams is the runner-up now have a point (the fact that she has never won), but I disagree, she missed SAG and BCFA nomination, so, I don't think so.

I liked what she said about the behind-the-scene too haha.
Well, I guess it doesn't really matter anymore who's the runner-up as Cate Blanchett is so strong. But for Judi Dench, I'd think it's because she hasn't won the Best Actress and yes, this would probably be her last chance. And for Amy Adams, I'd say it's because of the film's strength right now; it's been seen a lot now. Sandy had been a runner-up since the release but she could never become the frontrunner, and I think there is consensus feeling that "Okay, Bullock won't beat Blanchett. Now who's fresh?" then comes Amy Adams.
But again, Cate will win anyway unless she does something awful before the voting starts, which is really unlikely.

I don't remember seeing her doing that even when she won for The Blind Side, though that time she was the one to beat. I really hope Cate wins, I won't mind if Judi wins too, actually, I read somewhere that she's getting blind or something, so maybe that really is her last chance. I just don't want Amy to win and I love Amy, but don't think she deserves it for American Hustle.

Some people are saying that the whole Woody Allen scandal will affect Cate chances but I don't think it has anything to do with her.. If someone don't vote for her for that reasons that person is a fool. That said, nothing would please me more than an Academy full of fools haha. I really hope Cate wins, I won't mind if Judi wins too, actually, I read somewhere that she's getting blind or something, so maybe that really is her last chance. I just don't want Amy to win and I love Amy, but don't think she deserves it for American Hustle. Well, I hope Sandra wins haha but if it is not her, then let it be Cate. I liked AH but I don't think Amy deserves the nomination (but I do think Jennifer Lawrence deserves it). Emma Thompson was miles better in my opinion. I have yet to watch Philomena and August.
