Hahaha I didn't know about that! Always so witty! Yeah, I remember watching 2005/6 interviews where they always asked her that question. And I read that one time she got a bit angry (I think it was at Infamous premiere) I didn't know she got angry. I remember watching a junket interview for Premonition I think it was where the interviewer was like I know I can't talk about the b word (meaning baby). I know it's none of my business nor anyone else's but I do wonder why she didn't have children with her husband at the time. I remember watching a few interviews of Sandy when she was younger where she kept saying she did want children and something she wants in her life. So I'm surprised she didn't have any when she got married. Anyhow doesn't matter now. She has a beautiful lucky boy now.

I do remember that. A reporter (I think it was someone from Just Jared or sociallife something) asked her about a baby at "Infamous" Premiere, and Sandy got irritated and said something like, "That's insensitive, what if a woman cannot conceive?"
I wondered about that (Sandy didn't have kids during the marriage). Maybe just because of the timing, or maybe because her former step-kids. Could be a combination of both. If you are a working actress, you have to be careful when you get pregnant. But in the end, it was actually good as she didn't have one with that guy. No strings attached, completely.

Ok, so now we know what was Sandra's plan for the next day after Oscars "Take Louis to his dentist appointment" youtu.be/COBhSdD1eoA?t=3m49sHaha, that's adorable. Sandy arrived very late, so there are only a few intervews. There was reporters from Japanese TV next to E! and they were trying to interview her, but Cheryl didn't let her stop. Sandy just waved and said "Hi" as she passed. I think last time (2010), as she was the frontrunner, she arrived early enough to answer to many reporters.

Thanks for the "take Louis to his dentist appointment" video! That was great! And about the kids at her married time, I always wondered that too.. Sandy got irritated and said something like, "That's insensitive, what if a woman cannot conceive?" Yes, what she said was "Oh my god that is just a disgusting question. And you know what? What if I couldn't have kids? You know what? That's the way you make women feel when you ask them that question." Here is the font: gawker.com/206884/infamous-premiere-marred-by-fertility-related-sandra-bullock-shit-fitLater in that article says that she said "Thanks, but last time I checked, having stagnant ovaries doesn't make you go blind." but I don't know how much of truth there is on it.. In the article that I read a while ago (which was from a more "reliable" source and it had a video) didn't say nothing about that, so, I don't know if that is true. But like you said it was a good thing that she didn't have kids with him.

Redcarpet interview by Entertainment ChannelFunny that she talked about waiting a table, pretending being preganant to get more tip! Off the topic, but I wonder if she will attend the MTV Movie Awards in April. I bet she'll be nominated for "Gravity" and/or "The Heat." www.youtube.com/watch?v=WiqMYTpPJY4

Haha what a coincidence. So then is that guy in the video the guy we assume it is if she's talking about him here?
I really hope so. More Sandy time.

Here is the full Oscar show: www.youtube.com/watch?v=HHI8vdE6rsUGravity wins are at: 0:44:49 (Visual Effects) 1:19:10 (Sound Mixing) 1:22:06 (Sound Editing) 1:35:50 (Cinematography) 1:39:41 (Editing) 2:12:27 (Score) 2:25:44 (Director) I don't know if it's her eyeshadow but she seems truelly emotional in ALL the wins! That's sweet! And at the end of Blanchett speech too, that broke my heart

Thanks for those timecodes. I was watching the show last night again for my own blog, but didn't realize the first win was that late. I still got upset as Alfonso didn't receive the standing ovation. I wonder why Sandy didn't stand up either. I was like, "Sandy, what's wrong with you, stand up!" haha. Among those winners, Sound eiding, Film editing, and Score, they didn't mention about Sandy (and George). Sound Mixing, the first guy didn't but second guy quickly added about them, which is really nice. Alfonso did the interview with Variety the next morning, and complained about he was played off at the Editing and apparently he was going to thank Sandy. variety.com/2014/film/features/alfonso-cuaron-talks-moving-on-from-gravity-post-oscars-1201125502/Earlier in the night, he had taken the stage with Mark Sanger to accept the Oscar for editing, but when he tried to take the microphone, the orchestra played him off the stage. “I didn’t like the editors speech,” Cuaron says, “because this movie was about Sandy (Bullock) and she was not mentioned. All the work we did as editors was to try to honor that amazing performance.”

Yeah, I don't get it why he didn't receive a standing o They gave tons of standing o, and some were pretty lame, but they didn't give one to Alfonso, shame on them ¬¬ "Sandy, what's wrong with you, stand up!" haha I thought the same!! “I didn’t like the editors speech” hahhaha that's pretty much the same as saying that he didn't like Mark Sanger speech, since he wasn't able to speak. Tim Webber seems to be such a nice guy! So does Chivo, "with Sandy Bullock, SANDRITA you are absotulety amazing" haha I love that he called her "Sandrita", as we do here in Argentina.

I hope Mark Sanger didn't read that interview haha. He seems to be a very nice guy. I've asked him questions on twitter like "when is the trailer debut?" or "are you attending the oscar nominees luncheon?" and he sometimes replied to me, or if that was "congratulations" tweet, he favoured it, which made me happy haha.
When Alfonso was played off and just said "bye," if he ignored the music and contineud talking, he could have, as the music stopped actually for an instance. And we can see Sandy seemed to be amused or upset (probably upset for the playing off and amused by Alfonso's reaction) and was talking to Cheryl as Alfonso & Mark Sanger walked to the side.
Tim Webber seems to be very cool guy. His speech was very simple yet effective. It often happens that in case of a group winner, other people just want to thank their families and went on and on... but Tim even said "thanks for our families" on behalf of other three guys.
About the standing o, while I admire Lupita or the screenwriter for "12 Years A Slave," if they get the standing o, Alfonso deserved more. I guess if any of the other nominated directors stood up, others might have. Jerks! haha. But lamest standing o was for Bette Midler (did you notice the audience reluctantly stood up late as Bette remained on the stage?) and for Idena Menzel (sp). Idena's performance wasn't good and she knew it.

Oh, that's cool that Mark Sanger replied you back!
I choose to believe that the standing o was for the In Memoriam Tribute, not for Bette Midler haha but they gave standing o to all the performance that night.. and yes, Idina Menzel was horrible! I loooove the song, and I like her version (more than Demi Lovato's version), but she didn't sound good live, I was expecting more.

I too am upset that they didn't give Alfonso a standing o. For some reason I really believe that they don't know just how much work went into Gravity. On the other hand they must've to have awarded Alfonso and the rest of the team (apart from Sandy, sadly).
With Lupita and the guy who won adapted screenplay, I agree with Bel that Alfonso deserved the standing o more. Its a sensitive issue to bring up but I do think that the standing o's and even applause was more to do with the core subject of the film as opposed to the performance and script. Alfonso's imaginative and innovative mind deserved everyone one of the audiences backside to come up from its seat!!
Also, I agree Idina was terrible. I love the song too and she can definitely hit those notes but she was way off that night.
